On May 16, 2024, Skillbook Skill Development Centre organized an enriching On-the-Job Training (OJT) session for COPA (Computer Operator Programming Assistant) students from ITI Mangolpuri at its Rohini Sector 6 location, near Visram Chowk. The primary aim of this OJT was to equip students with essential soft skills, effective communication abilities, and employability skills crucial for success in today’s workplace. Participants were guided on how to navigate various workplace scenarios, including managing staff, resolving issues, and effectively communicating with colleagues and other employees. Throughout the training, students engaged in practical exercises that not only enhanced their understanding of their COPA trade syllabus but also provided them with invaluable real-world experience. The immersive environment allowed students to learn about workplace dynamics and develop a mindset geared towards professional growth. The feedback from students following the OJT was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing their satisfaction with the training and the knowledge they gained. The experience was described as mind-blowing, highlighting Skillbook's commitment to providing quality education and practical training.
