On August 13, 2024, Skillbook Skill Development Centre proudly launched a Customer Care Executive Internship program, offering an exciting opportunity for 18 young individuals to gain work experience and earn an income. This initiative is designed to provide hands-on experience in office environments, specifically focusing on customer care, helping participants understand the responsibilities and dynamics of professional workplaces. One of the core objectives of this internship is to empower youth, especially young girls and women, by providing them with the skills and confidence to achieve financial independence.
